Based on paragraph 13, Article 64 of Afghanistan Constitution, in order to better utilize experience, academic and political knowledge of following mentioned person, a position named president of IRA’s advisor on political affairs is created and appointment of Dr. Najibullah Mojaddadi is approved for the position at rank of beyond grade.
